We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, our goal is to make your exchange or refund as easy as possible. Choose from the simple options listed below that best meets your needs:
Option 1: Return at Any Retail Store
It doesn’t matter if you purchased your merchandise from our web store, by phone or from one of our stores, simply visit one of our Ramy showrooms, with your original invoice to receive fast, courteous returns service. This will save you the cost of shipping the merchandise to one of our stores.
Option 2: Ship Your Return
For a standard return, download and print a Return Goods Authorization Form. Follow the easy instructions on the form and return it with your merchandise.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including the manuals and ancillary materials
The original Invoice and a Return Goods Authorization RGA form must accompany all returns.
Exceptions to our Return Policy
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item was received damaged or defective, or an error was made on our part when processing your order. Please contact us for any further questions on non-returnable items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund request is approved based on the Return Policy, then your refund will be processed, and will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (sometimes up to 90 days). Therefore, as a first step, please check your bank account again then contact your credit card provider. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you are unsure about an order you wish to place for ANY reason, then please contact our sales department before you place an order. We cannot stop an order once it has been placed.
Most of our products are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranties and/or Guarantees and cover the merchandise for a certain period of time after your purchase. We act as the agent between you, the customer, and the manufacturer. Check the documentation that you received with the merchandise for more information regarding the product warranty policy. Should your product fail within the warranty period, please contact our customer service department and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.
All returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. We or the manufacturer will replace, repair or refund the product based on our findings. Shipping charges to any Ramy Automotive branch and back to the customer will be covered by the customer. In the case where the warranty claim is approved, Ramy Automotive will cover the cost of delivering the repaired/replacing product back to the customer
Warranties are non-transferrable. They are in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise and for the time agreed upon in the terms and conditions of that warranty or guarantee.
